Back in 2022, my life looked pretty perfect on paper.
My dream home. Two fantastic kids in private school. A solid career in finance.Â
But underneath? I was coasting.
I was going to work to pay the mortgage, spending weekends doing chores I pretended to enjoy, and filling my days with stuff that didnât make me feel alive.
I wasnât living - I was just existing.
A colleague once told me, âIf youâre not actively living your life, youâre just existing.â That line stuck with me. For years.
Then came April 2023, and the day of the solar eclipse.
Something clicked. That day became a turning point. I realised I wasnât waiting for the right time - I was just waiting.
So I got serious about change. I defined what living on purpose meant to me - and I wrote it all down. A list of dreams, values, goals⌠even a three-page dossier calling in my soulmate (yep, really).
⨠I started walking every day, not to burn calories - but to clear my head
⨠I cooked better meals for my family (read: more veggies, less Uber Eats)
⨠I booked a coach - and backed myself to become one too
⨠I climbed to Everest Base Camp
⨠And I launched Bucket List Life
I didnât just wing it. I equipped myself with the tools, training, and experience to help others.
Certifications in NLP, mindset and shadow work. Deep dives into goal setting, habit change, and coaching frameworks. Years of team leadership, facilitation, and community building.
Now, my days arenât packed - but theyâre purposeful.
And thatâs the life I want for you, too.
I wouldnât be a bucket list expert without having some epic goals of my own.
